There ain't a thang much better than pulling together a crew of your best chicks for an awesome afternoon raiding a dressing up box (aka, the Nike Women's concept store on the Kings Road) to shoot some pics and cause a bit a riot.

Read MoreI recently chatted to online zine of all that is action, adventure, wellness and more, MPORA.COM about wellness being the new hedonsim, and how so many of us are now swapping boozy breaks for healthy holidays. I discussed how I used to be a pretty wild party animal back in the day, partial to hedonistic festivals and boozy snowboard trips over the year. As I started connecting back with fitness and the love I used to have for sport as a teenager, the weekly hangovers began to subside as I got stoked more on breaking a sweat, surfing, and feeling fit and strong. Of course, I still love a party. I still knock back some red wine after a long day, dance until the sun comes up and go crazy for a good festival, but I just make balanced choices and have a more balanced life, with feelin' good through living healthy and doing plenty of sport taking precedence.
Read MoreA few weeks ago I hightailed it down to Devon to shoot a secret campaign which has now gone live. Retailer Surf Dome pulled together a crew of real-life surf, skate, yoga and general stoking your brains out aficionados for a campaign that really taps into that whole vibe I dig of using your body, or in this case, your bikini too, for shit other than just posing. Shredding waves. Getting sweaty in yoga. Dancing around bonfires. Riding ramps and not caring about what you look like, more about how good it makes you feel.
Read MoreThis week as many of you know is Mental Health Week, and it has been incredible to see such a huge national conversation stimulated through charities such as MIND, Heads Together, and by influential media outlets.
i-D Magazine, forever in my eyes the ultimate harbinger of what is cool, current, and highly influential, are one such outlet who have joined in the conversation this week. I think it's incredibley important that titles like i-D are promoting discussion around mental health, and addressing issues like depression in an honest and open way. All week on their website they are sharing voices from the fashion industry and beyond, discussing their thoughts, feelings and experience of suffering from mental health issues.

Read MoreI’ve been thinking a lot about the proliferation of images, words & videos that we’re assailed with daily through our social feeds and through the media. There’s no doubt about it, wellness and fitness now are HOT right now, smokin’, red-hot, which is great. Some of you may have been following my adventures and love of sport, the outdoors and a healthy life for a while now through my Mad To Live Blog, and I felt that I wanted put some words down about why I train the way I do.
Read MoreIf you find yourself on travels for an extended period of time, whether it's making the most of a career break, the end of university, or have some time to make use of between jobs, sticking to a budget if you don't have income coming in can be daunting if you're on the road for a few months. Fresh off the boat, I've just completed 4 months travelling the world after a long 8 year stint working in London. I've compiled my best tips for how to best budget and be careful with your dollar whilst on the road below, followed by a dreamy video of an underwater adventure to Nusa Lembongan, meeting some of the extraordinary locals (below) whilst free diving.
Read MoreI've touched down back in the big smoker that is London and hot off surfing like a wildcat for the last few months, I have been carefully structuring a highly specific and bespoke surfing fitness workout, following on from the successful Shred Ready: Snow Fitness sessions of last year. As the European summer surf season will soon be kicking off, whether or not you've been braving the baltic British seas and making the most of the winter swell, and whether you're a seasoned or novice surfer who spends plenty or not quite enough time in the water (like some of us land-locked surfers!), Shred Ready: Surf Fit is a bespoke workout that will improve your stamina and conditioning with highly targeted movements that work to boost your performance and ultimately enjoyment in the water.

Read MoreSo guys, I've emerged on the other side after a wildly righteous couple of months on the road and off the road in Latin America. Leavin' a little piece of my heart, my favourite shades and a whole heap of new friends, I've been piecing together the travel whirlwind that's been Latin America. Here's a run-down of what's been going down and a video high-light reel including bull-riding (a real taste of Costa Rican culture), a rosé ridden fishing and surf trip where we caught fresh tuna for a fish taco feast, and a balls-to-the-wall, high speed boat ride through the San Blas Islands in Panama to Colombia.
Read MoreThere's nothing like hustlin'/crowbarring a group of friends together for a workout. Training solo can sometimes get a little dry, and pulling together a homie or 2 for a group training session isn't just fun as heck, but can push you harder, as your amigos spur you on that extra bit.
Read MoreJust before I upped sticks and left the Big Smoker that is London for my travels, I spent the day with the awesome teams at Cooler Magazine and Mpora, filming a free session of my Shred Ready Snow workout. If you didn't have the chance to come to one of my snow-specific pop-up fitness classes I held in the autumn of last year, here is a FREE half-an hour instructional video class, tailored specifically to get you fit for any forthcoming ski or snowboard trips you have booked this year.
